The Leather Warehouse LTD (Comfortzone Home Furnishers) policy lasts for 14 days from delivery and signed acceptance of your item.

If 14 days has passed since your purchase has been delivered and signed for, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless in exceptional circumstances agreed by management.

Returns or exchanges are not valid for bespoke (made to order) items once checked and signed for and left in your care.

Responsibility for item(s)

Once your item(s) arrive, you have upto 15 minutes to check your Comfortzone Home Furnishers item(s).

As soon as you have signed for your item(s) you have accepted the condition they have arrived to you. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns/exchanges if reported damaged/imperfect. So please ensure to allow time to check your purchase.  If you have any doubts about the condition of your purchase please do not sign for it, as you are then taking responsibility for any damage or imperfections on said item(s).

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original undamaged packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.  If within the allotted time period and boxed up in its original packaging, we will organise the return at the most competitive cost available for the item, in the case of larger items a collection fee will be incurred.

Return Charges

However, should you not meet the above terms and conditions, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of specialist courier collection and new packaging which will be deducted from any agreed refund by The Leather Warehouse LTD (TA Comfortzone Home Furnishers). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - With obvious signs of use. - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus any delivery costs incurred in returning the item.

Refund Issues

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at karl@comfortzoneonline.co.uk

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

Eligible returns accepted at the discretion of The Leather Warehouse LTD (TA Comfortzone Home Furnishers) are free within at 14 day period of signing for the item.

After that time, should a return or exchange be accepted by The Leather Warehouse LTD (TA Comfortzone Home Furnishers) at their discretion you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
